It was established in 2005 and is a private medical school in Bangladesh. The main campus is located next to the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway at Kabila, Burichang Upazila, Comilla District, Chittagong Division. Both Chittagong University and Chittagong Medical University are connected with it. A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is available at the end of the five-year curriculum. After graduation, every graduate is required to do a one-year internship. The degree is acknowledged by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
