The Abroad Education

UTTARA ADHUNIK MEDICAL COLLEGE

Back in 1984, when government medical services were monopolised, a group of prudent, wise men saw the potential for medical education in Bangladesh’s private sectors and tried to bring about a revolutionary change by founding the Bangladesh Medical Studies Research Institute (BMSRI). Bangladesh Medical College (BMC), Bangladesh’s first private medical college and a turning point in the history of private medical colleges, was founded as a result of the steadfast devotion of such exceptional people. Since then, BMSRI has successfully helped to open up new doors in the private sector for medical professionals. The most recent establishment to join the long list of prosperous ones developed under the auspices of BMSRI is Uttara Adhunik Medical College & Hospital.

About Uttara Adhunik Medical College

The vibrant leadership of BMSRI made sure that Bangladesh Medical College was enhanced, and this expansion ultimately led to the creation of Uttara Adhunik Hospital, a sizable hospital complex. The People’s Republic of Bangladesh’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has now registered this hospital, which has a capacity of 500 beds.

“Uttara Adhunik Medical College” was the newest unit added to BMSRI in 2007. On January 22, 2008, the College welcomed its first fifty students, beginning its journey. College has developed significantly since that time and is now regarded as a top location for learning and inspiration. Since its inception, UAMC has had a relationship with Dhaka University (since 2008). The FMGE pass rate on the MCI Screening Test is very high. Additionally, it shares tropical climates with India. Studying MBBS in Bangladesh can be a huge relief for students who want to pursue MBBS abroad because not every student is able to bear the high donation or tuition fee charges.

Making the decision to study MBBS in Bangladesh is very wise because students can easily access the services that the nation’s medical institutions provide at reasonable prices. The absence of the language barrier issue is a result of the medical institutions’ campuses using English as their primary language of instruction, which is beneficial for preventing all language barriers.
